Gainesville, Florida- July 24th, 2010- Millhopper Family Dentistry helped to change lives by offering free smiles to the underserved who need dental work, as they hosted the latest event for Dentistry From the Heart (DFTH).

Dentistry From the Heart is a national non-profit organization with a simple mission- making people smile. DFTH was founded in 2001 by Dr. Vincent Monticciolo of New Port Richey, Florida, to aid those in need. To date, DFTH has helped more than 25,000 patients and provided over $5.5 million in dental care.

"Now more than ever, I know there are people out there that need our services, but have no means to afford them. Dentistry from the Heart is our way of giving back, and helping people right here in our community who are in need of dental care."

The event took place on Saturday, July 24th, 2010 at Millhopper Family Dentistry 3510 NW 43rd Street, Gainesville, Fl 32606. Millhopper Family Dentistry and our volunteers treated at least 100 patients
