She also completed her undergraduate studies at UF with a major in microbiology. She is a huge GATOR fan and has fallen in love with the city of Gainesville so much so that she has decided to practice here in Gainesville.

Alecia Skipper McDonald, D.M.D. is a graduate of the University of Florida, College of Dentistry.
Dr. McDonald is a member of the Alachua County Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association and the Central District Dental Association.
Dr. McDonald was born in Pensacola, Florida, the cradle of aviation. She comes from a military family and relocated to a new adventure every five years, living in many areas of the country as well as overseas in the Philippines. Of course, traveling has become her passion and she is always planning for the next holiday or family vacation.
In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, and spending time with her husband, Brady and their children, Chesley, Elle, Jack and Skip.
